Syntax: cast 'ability sap' <victim>
When cast upon a player, the Illusionist is able to temporarily cripple the
victim, setting a random stat to 1 for 10 seconds. There is no cast lag on
this spell.
When cast upon a mobile, there are different effects. It is possible to sap
the mobile's strength, making it hit less hard. Sapping a mobile's
intelligence or wisdom will make them more susceptible to magic damage.
Sapping dexterity will decrease the chance that the mobile will parry or
dodge attacks. Sapping constitution will make the monster vulnerable to any
kind of damage. Sapping luck will decrease the monster's chance to second
and third attack.
